Q: What is your favorite book?

A: My favorite book is either Lord of the Flies or One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest (it’s too hard to decide between the two of them haha).

Q: What are your favorite art mediums to work with?

A: This is a really tough question for me actually cause I’m really indecisive and have a lot of things I like about a lot of different mediums haha. I don’t think I have a favorite to be honest, I like different mediums for different reasons, right now I have a couple sculptures going so that’s kind of what I’ve been into lately but it’ll probably shift in the next few months or so once my sculptural pieces are finished!

Q: Are there any collaborations you want to do?

A: I don’t really have any that are on my mind right now but I do really like collaborating! I really like the idea of doing a large scale finger painting collaboration with whoever slash however many people, I did it once before at a friends painting party and had a lot of fun. Always open to collaboration, art with other people is always a good time.

Q: What projects are you currently working on?

A: Currently I’ve got a few sculptures going for a group show in November and a submission with the Golden Collective that I’m a part of. I’m also working the next set of small collections of poetry that I make, and I’m trying to plan out a movie to film before the end of the fall (if I can get it together enough haha). Beyond that I have a few odd projects here and there and a few continuous projects that are always going!

Q: What are your goals?

A: I am really bad at goals haha. This question has been an issue for me since I was in elementary school. It would always be cool to be recognized on a larger scale for the things I make of course and I definitely try to share what I make with the world but to be honest I think/hope I’ll just keep making things regardless of whatever recognition does or doesn’t happen for me. I guess my main goal for now would be to keep enjoying what I make and keep doing it no matter what my circumstance is.
