Isolation Tunes

curated by Ava Phillips

Hey there reader! It’s good to see you again. We’re moving into Week 4 already –can you believe it? It’s crazy to think that the term is nearly half way over when it practically just started. Strangely enough, it also feels like these last few weeks have taken a couple of years off of my life. I don’t know about you, dear reader, but I get a little stir crazy when I’ve been stuck inside too long looking at a screen all day. On days where the walls seem to be getting smaller and my racing heart chases me to open all of the windows, sometimes I like to just sit down and dedicate a few hours to grounding myself.

I hope that you are remembering to not be too hard on yourself while you navigate, for the very first time in your life, being a college student during a global pandemic. Take everyday one moment at a time. In this particular moment, I invite you to allow yourself to get lost in an isolation playlist that our lovely Pathos volunteers have curated for your listening pleasure. These isolation tunes are meant to bring you comfort in a time in which we need it the most. Listen while you take a walk around your neighborhood, while taking your 2nd bath of the day, as you cook a disportionate amount of pasta for dinner, or even let it play in the background during your daily chores or crafting activities. It doesn’t matter what you do, just make sure that you are taking care of yourself. You can find the playlist by clicking HERE.

From the Pathos team to you, we wish you a happy listening!
